Call me sadistic, but i found this really very humorous!
Yesterday my bestfriend came over early before the party so we could do a workout. We both started hitting the workouts pretty hard in Jan. She has hired this personal trainer and worksout with her 4 or 5 days/week. She is always telling me what a drill sargent this chick is and how she is so sore and really working out hard. She knows i do Cathe workouts at home and so, yesterday, she says it's ok with her if we do one. SO, i pick ME}( Halfway throught the warmup(the part where you raise your legs out to the seid for a while) she says, "OMG!" and she's huffin and puffing! :7 So she regroups and we start the workout. Leg presses first right? i had her using only 2 sets of risers. she about died. Then squats with the 40lb. she gets halfway through. i haven't cracked up yet. i keep going. we skipped back and push ups and went to biceps. she had 5lb dumbells. i was using 15 lb barbell. Now the biceps are mean in ME and i can just barely do them all. Well, halfway through, she stops adn says, "Damn! This lady is a beast! " }( }( i say, yeah! i know! why do you think i haven't been going to the gym with you???? Beki, i'd like you to meet Cathe Frederich.....MY personal trainer." she gets this semi grin on her face and sits on the step exhausted and says, " i need to get me some videos!" LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL! was my response to that!
so i suggested we do abs since she was getting so tired. (hadn't even done cardio!) and so we lie down and i put c/w abs in. it's not that hard and i love the music. Needless to say, she didn't make it. This is the first time i have had an opportunity to show her my workouts and she was thoroughly impressed and shocked. I'm waiting to see if she stays with her trainer or not. She said,"no wonder you are losing weight so much faster than me!"
