I always enjoy reading your posts. You are very creative with your workouts and I've gotten lots of good ideas from you!

I was going to start a thread for you today (without knowing it was your birthday), but I'll just add what I was going to tell you here, and make it my odd little birthday gift to you.

I know how it bugs you when Rodney Yee says "groins" in the plural, and I've wondered about that myself. In fact, in yoga, there are considered to be multiple groins, according to a book I've been reading/using called Yoga Your Way by Cindy Dollar and Susanna MacKenzie Euston. "...in yoga, we think of each leg as having its own inner groin, the place just outside the pubic bone at the very top of the inner leg. Going across the hip crease is the middle groin, then the outer groin at the outer crease of the leg."

One instance where I can think of it as necessary to distinguish between the right and left groins would be in Warrior 1, where the groin of the forward leg would be moving back while the groin of the rear leg would be moving forward.

I know, how much groin talk can a girl take on her birthday? Hope you have a great day.
