GET LEAN rotation as suggested by Cathe

Hello - I read that some of you might be interested in a rotation based on Cathe's suggestions to my question on how I can get lean like her - faster.

I have already prepared such a rotation if you are interested.
You will need Excel 2003 to view the file.

Right now (Jan 31/08) - the rotation is COVERY STORY on my Blog (www.cheznaz.com) later, you can download it from Freebies section.

Give me your feedback as I had to work with whatever Cathe workouts that I have on hand.


PS - You don't have to take Wednesday off - I do because I am not at home Wednesday PM's. Also - Friday Cardio & Weights were added because if I don't do this workout once a week I feel sick. So I had to add it somewhere. You can do only cardio on Fridays.
 
Oh thank you soooo much this rotation looks fantastic . Just so that I understand you have sat and sun as rest days right???? Something I havent done in sooooo long.
 
Yah - it is going to be a good change to take full 2 days off.
I am sure we won't have a problem getting used to it!
LOL!!!


I am actually looking forward to doing only 30 minute sessions.
Especially because, I was reading up on Body for Life training log and they only recommend 20 minute cardio session and still see results so 30 minute (which is 10 + 20 + 10 on most Cathe DVDs) are perfect.

Will you be eating lean as well? I would love to share notes with you if you like.

SNACK-ALMONDS AND APIECE OF FRUIT LUNCH 1/2 CUP BROWN RICE 4OZ MEAT USUALLY CHICKENL LEAN MEAT, OR FISH AND A SALAD WITH 1/4 SLICE OF AVACADO SNACK- 1 CUP FATFREE YOGURT 1/2 CUP OF STRAWBERRIES DINNER- SWEET POTATOE 4OZ TALAPIA OR SALMON AND 1 CUP OF BROCCOLI OR OTHER VEGETABLE. POST MEAL AFTER WORK OUT WEIGHT TRAINING PROTEIN SHAKE CARDIO USUALLY 1 CUP OF KASHI CEREAL WITH FF MILK . ANY THOUGHTS???

Hi! I would really love to be able to take a look at your rotation. However, I can't because I don't know how to get into excel? Could you maybe email it to me. I have been having the same questions as you--working out too much, not etaing enough carbs, time of day. So any help would be great! Thanks

I should try avocados. I purchased once and found them sticky-guiy so didn't eat. What do they taste like?

Everything you have listed gets a green check mark of approval from almost all diets. You are definitely eating clean and mostly lean.

Is this your personal menu or are you following TNT or Abs diet like menu plan from external sources?

THIS IS MY OWN MENU THAT I CREATED FOR MYSELF IVE READ SO MANY THINGS ON CLEAN EATING ESPECIALLY FROM OXYGEN MAGAZINE AND TOSCA'S BOOK. I LOVE HER BUT SHE'S A LITTLE EXTREME FOR ME. I AM CURRENTLY DOING CATHE'S 2007 APRIL ROTATION AND IT'S WORKING REALLY WELL FOR ME. I WILL START YOUR ROTATION NEXT MONTH. THANKS FOR THAT.
