I just wanted to get some clarity on the shipment of current DVDs if they are ordered along with the pre-sale DVDs. Is it correct that International Customers will not receive the current DVDs until the new DVDs are shipped out?

When is the presale end? also if I order the dvds and download do I get free shipping to a Militaty Base in Australia?!
One more thing I want to get the resistance bands, the 3 set green, pink, blue, but I cannot see those on the cathe shop, are they back order?!
