Today was Step Blast and I had a Blast!! I really just relaxed and had fun with the workout today. since we just did this (mostly) last week, I didn't have to think so much and could just do the moves. I remember when I first got this dvd. I thought the moves were so hard and was never on the right side of the step for the "mambo" in combo 3. Now its like "old hat" My pecs are still a little sore, so doing the power 15's was interesting. After legs yesterday and this today, I wonder how my legs will be doing tomorrow.
I wanted to take my measurements, but can't find the tape! I do think I may have lost something from my hips (I can see a difference, and feel it in my clothes). But weirdly, my abs are not as good as they usually are~ they are "muscle~y" but kinda popped out. Hard to explain but I'm not diggin' them! Hopefully this rotation will get them back into shape.

Marcy~ Are you thinking of doing the freestyle workout? I do think when I was doing ballet/jazz, my legs looked great. But now I also like the definition from the weights.
