Good Morning GMT 
Today was SJP premix #23. I really liked it. I forgot to preview it yesterday, so the whole workout was a surprise
Good thing we had just done SJP! I know we still have a few more days in this rotation, but I have definately lost inches~ my pants are much looser!
which is good, because I feel my eating has not been good- a lot of bread lately.
Rotation: Now I am on the fence~ Cathe's Oct. rotation or BFL. If you all do Cathe's I will too. I like doing S&H/ GS for just 2 weeks each; but I also liked doing HIIT 3 days a week. Maybe I can combine the 2?
Although, for me, everytime I follow Cathes rotations I always see good results..... See how on the fence I am?!!LOL
Gin~ I hope your visit with the neurologist (sp?) goes well today.
Marcy~ Any decisions???? It so hard, isn't it? I just wish we had the new dvds already!!!!
