Good Morning :)

Today was supposed to be C&W, but I didn't feel like doing the step portion, so I did the compound weights and heavy weights premix. I liked it~ short and sweet! It was everything except the step. Then I did HIIT on the treadmill. A fun mix it up workout:)

I am curious to see what Cathe is going to post for a rotation for Oct. I also have been reading the Body For Life thread on O.D. and on BFL.com and that interests me: HIIT training 3 days (so a short intense cardio workout) and then the pyramids: alternating upper and lower. I am seriously considering doing this till the new dvds. I would do the treadmill 2X a week and the blasts only of the Imaxs once a week.

Gin~ How was the restaurant? was it a thumbs up for the rehearsal dinner?

Good Mornning!

Today was CM and SM#1. Good workout!:) I am kind of skeeered of MIC. I think I will try to preview it this aft., so I'll know what I'm getting myself into!:eek:
Confession: I have NOT been eating well, but have not gained any weight so I wonder if all of this cardio has prevented me from gaining.?? I have got to eat more veggies and slow down on the carbs! Blah!!

Deanie--I also saw the post for Body for Life and wondered what that entailed. I will have to find out more about it. We did make a decision on the restaurant for the rehearsal dinner....yeah!! Now I just have to decide on a menu. It sounds as if the chef/owner can do just about anything we want and it all sounds delicious!:9

Gin~ This is what I think BFL is:

week 1/week 3
day 1: PUB (no abs)
day 2: HIIT/abs
day 3: PLB
day 4: HIIT/abs
day 5: PUB (no abs)
day 6: HIIT/abs
day 7: off

week 2/week 4
day 1: PLB
day 2: HIIT/abs
day 3: PUB
day 4: HIIT/abs
day 5: PLB
day 6: HIIT/abs
day 7: off

I am not following the eating plan if we/I do this, but I like the HIIT, and I like the Pyramids. I also would do the TM HIIT program 2X a week and the Imax interval only premix on the other day, alternating all the Imaxs thoughout the 4 weeks.I think we have 4 weeks to do this before Nov. (when Cathe should post a new rotation using the new dvds) I also think its a good segway into the new dvds. I am still waiting to see what Cathe posts, because she may have a good rotation to lead into the new dvds too.

Congrats on finding a restaurant! I love checking things off my "to do" list :) Its great the chef is so flexable!

PS~ Bread is my big downfall too. Love Bread :) And I have been having a bagel almost daily lately, which I haven't done in a while. I haven't gained any weight either though.
