Good Morning 
Today was supposed to be C&W, but I didn't feel like doing the step portion, so I did the compound weights and heavy weights premix. I liked it~ short and sweet! It was everything except the step. Then I did HIIT on the treadmill. A fun mix it up workout
I am curious to see what Cathe is going to post for a rotation for Oct. I also have been reading the Body For Life thread on O.D. and on BFL.com and that interests me: HIIT training 3 days (so a short intense cardio workout) and then the pyramids: alternating upper and lower. I am seriously considering doing this till the new dvds. I would do the treadmill 2X a week and the blasts only of the Imaxs once a week.
Gin~ How was the restaurant? was it a thumbs up for the rehearsal dinner?
