I received S&H at Christmas and I like the slow pace of those workouts. I think I gained some strength since using it. Usually, I am able to lift about the same as Cathe, some I'm not that bad! But when I go back to doing upper body work in workouts like BM2 or the bicep segment from ME in the Terminator that are done at a faster pace and singles, I'm still a wimp!!! :-(
So, I think that I need to build up enduring. I plan to get CTX that has a lot of muscle training. Would those workout be enough to gain endurance or are there other workouts that would be better?
