Ok, everybody I will start this thread.
I did a hodge podge of weights today for chest, shoulders and triceps. Did the chest,shoulders and triceps segments off of MIS and Body Max and by the way I found the back segment on Body Max today. :+ :7 Plus I did a basic taebo which included abs and buttocks work. I think I covered it all today.
