Ok, everybody I will start this thread.

I did a hodge podge of weights today for chest, shoulders and triceps. Did the chest,shoulders and triceps segments off of MIS and Body Max and by the way I found the back segment on Body Max today. :+ :7 Plus I did a basic taebo which included abs and buttocks work. I think I covered it all today.:D

Today was 20 minutes of AB work, Legs & Glutes(leg press mania), and a 35 minute run........... Rhonda
 
Alrightie, I did a not so good 6PM run today.

After only about 1.5K my left achilles started to get this very heavy and tired feeling. So I ran and stretched and walked like every two minutes for the next 2K. Then one of my toes started to feel numb and i decided to loosen my shoe laces. I don't know if that was the trick but the last 1.5K my achilles and my toe were fine again and I even ran an extra 1K because I felt so good. Final time was almost 47minutes.

Weird isn't it? Made me wonder though if the 5K race I'll do on Sunday is such a good idea. Don't think my legs are ready.

Hello,
I did Imax in totum and the Abd. section from MIS. My knees were sore from volleyball last night but after a workout they seem okay. Goodluck on your run on Sunday.

Annette I'm glad that you've found your back!

I finished my "one body part a day" week today with doing biceps. S&H followed by PH biceps -- beating the living daylight out of my biceps.
I also did 30 min Nordictrack to warm up.

I just got BC/ME and I wanted to try ME with some cardio, but didn't want an over-hour workout. I discovered the Bonus Combo. What a great workout. It was perfect for today. :D I rarely do solid weight work, since I am such a cardio nut. I loved the BC blasts!

Hi! ....I've been posting in the daily workouts. But usually at night. I get online in the morning before I work out. So I sometimes post after I get on later. Thanks for asking...:)....I did Triceps and Shoulders from MIS, then Biceps from CTX and a 3 mile run. No achilles pain. Dutchie, be careful and have an awesome run! let us know how it goes....:)...Carole

I'm getting visually challanged with my old age. Of course I've found your post this morning, but somehow I missed it when I was reading the thread at the first time....:-(

That's funny Mari...:)...visually challenged....I started wearing glasses for up close work last year!!!! I don't think you missed it...I think it wasn't here the first time you read thru...:)....how have you been?...I hope well.....;-)
