Freezing points -- Is there a list of where they are?

JumpHigher

Cathlete
I've had my DVDs since Tuesday but haven't had a single chance to open them up and preview them.

I will today, though, and I'm wondering if there are certain points in each workout that are likely to freeze, or is it random?

Is there a list anywhere where I can find the typical freezing spots so I can FF to that area and check?

Thanks,
Marla

Hi Marla! I don't THINK there is a specific thread mentioning ALL freezes but here is a link in the Ask Cathe forum that does mention some of them. You will have to scroll down and mark each one from different posts. Hope this helps. Here is the link:

Someone at VF posted this: By my DVD counter, the freezes are as follows:

- Drill Max 41:22 (during Drill #4, right after the first plyo jack)

- Body Max2 55:45 (in the cardio step section of Circuit #4)

- Butts and Guts 52:53 (during floorwork with ankle weights, when Cathe goes back into child's pose to stretch/rest)

- Low Impact Cardio 42:44 (lying triceps extensions in Circuit Cycle #2)

Be aware that some people didn't see any problems while fast-forwarding or scanning workouts, but had problems when playing the workout the whole way through.

And the problem can manifest itself as a freeze or as a skip of about 3 seconds.
