I agree, this has been a great rotation group. Are you going to do another 12 weeks or are you moving on to a Power 90X rotation?

How are things going with you? I'm doing okay. I had a set back (not with food) and I haven’t been able to workout the past three days. But, things are looking up. Onwards and Forwards ;o)

Yes, I am going to do another 12 weeks. I'm going to use P90x and Cathe. I am into my third week, but it hasn’t been all that great. My first thought and I’m still pondering about it. Is to re-start week one again. If I do, Sunday will start week one.

However it is not all that serious that I should have to, but in my mind its’ telling me to re-start; clean bill of health sorta speak <g>

What are your plans?

I'm going to continue with it as well. I'm toying with the idea of following one of the book's rotations for a few weeks and then do one of my own, then do one of the book's, etc. Maybe Rhonda can advise how long to do one of their rotations before switching to something else. Doing legs and abs every day has made a difference. My legs and abs are firm underneath, I just need to shed the fat over top. Like you, I am close to my goal. Another 3-5 pounds would make a big difference.

Shopgirl, not a bad ideal, keeping the muscles confused, you’ll get excellent results faster. I have been slacking big time with P90x. Call me a sick oh <g> but I’ve decided to re-start the program again on Sunday. I have nothing but time, right.

What I think I’m going to do, so that I can do both P90x and Cathe, is pick 5 tapes from each P90x & Cathe and make me a rotation I can live with while doing my first 3 weeks of the Classic rotation. Still pondering with some thoughts.

Hi Guys!!!!!!!!! I wondered where everyone went. I am glad we are still here!!!! I weighed and measured Monday morning after Phase 1 of P90X. I lost 1 lb., which my eating was not the greatest, and I lost 1/2" on my hips, thighs, and waist. I am looking better than I ever have. I see alot more muscle definition that I have in forever. I am totally happy, and my eating has been way better this week too. Looks like all of our hard work has begun to pay off!!!! Tomorrow is supposed to be my Yoga day, but I can not bring myself to do it. I hate it. So, instead I will do TaeBo Ultimate Lower Body and the ball work from PLB. I did not do any leg work today, I just did not have time. It is the first leg day I have missed in awhile, but it couldn't be helped. I did Back and Biceps, and AbRip. Hi Lori,

That’s awesome news woman, you should be very proud of yourself. I love P90x especially those Plyometrics moves. I had a slight set back, dealing with some issues at home. And I really haven’t felted like working it. Took some days off to rethink things out. Tomorrow, I’m hopping back on the boat for another 12 weeks and I’m going to ride this thing out, can’t wait!

I have to admit tho, I’m looking pretty darn good. Haven’t been this small in a longggggg time and it feels good. Keep up the good work.

I have been checking out your freestyle threads off and on and I am wondering if you have all had great results with this training in the lower body? It looks like you have, have you lost inches? Can you see the definition in your legs? What do you do every day, could you post a sample week rotation?
 
I think my lower body is definitely smaller. My pants I wore last summer that were tight, fit me very well this summer. I just try to do some lower body work every day, even if it is only kickboxing. If I do a kickboxing workout, I add the PLB Ball work to it. I try to get in 3 weight workouts, and 3 floor, or non-weight workouts in a week. I just do what I have time for in a day.

I have to tell you, my 16 year old daughter told me yesterday my legs were getting "Skinny!" I have always called my legs turkey legs, so I was thrilled. The best part is this is coming from a 16 year old, who is not the most complimenatry person. this is encouraging me to be better and better at my eating!!!!!! I was so happy!!!!!!

You guys are awesome. Like Teddygirl said, I don't think any of us could not have done it without the other. I am still not where I would like to be, but I am very happy with my progress.
