Hi Guys!!!!!!!!! I wondered where everyone went. I am glad we are still here!!!! I weighed and measured Monday morning after Phase 1 of P90X. I lost 1 lb., which my eating was not the greatest, and I lost 1/2" on my hips, thighs, and waist. I am looking better than I ever have. I see alot more muscle definition that I have in forever. I am totally happy, and my eating has been way better this week too. Looks like all of our hard work has begun to pay off!!!! Tomorrow is supposed to be my Yoga day, but I can not bring myself to do it. I hate it. So, instead I will do TaeBo Ultimate Lower Body and the ball work from PLB. I did not do any leg work today, I just did not have time. It is the first leg day I have missed in awhile, but it couldn't be helped. I did Back and Biceps, and AbRip.
