I did Z-Shred #6 this morning but I was only able to do 3 out of the 5 prescribed rounds due to getting a late start. Booh. Great work out though!

Tmrw's plan is a studio created weight circuit and some conditioning so long as I get started early enough to fit it all in! :rolleyes:

Speaking of the studio...I think I am working more this week then I ever have in a week! I am doing 5 sessions. I usually do 3, sometimes just 2 and have never done more then 4 in one week! This is exciting!:D Sad what excites me-MORE WORK!- huh? :p

Wiggie:: 5 months apart? How awful. I'm so sorry. :( How long have they been gone? I hope previewing the new dvds cheers you up! I read that Cathe lost her sad. Very sad indeed. Never an easy thing to deal with...LOL re the butt burn from swings. I get a lot of DOMS in my inner thighs from swings and it burns everywhere when I'm doing them! :D

Tuesday's workout was FlexTrain, loved it!! Great workout, great music, big fun factor!! This is the Cathe we all know & love!! The ab section was hard because I had just done abs yesterday. I think my next one will be Rockout Knockout. Even though the trend is shorter workouts, I still like to workout closer to an hour. I also did my 100 swings.

Hi girls!!!

I miss you all. And my workouts! I have felt sooo lethargic all week. It's amazing how much better exercising makes me feel.

I got my new Cathe DVDs on Monday. YAY!!!!! I was suprised to see them so soon. I previewed Rockout Knockout and it looks awesome! It has been a struggle not to try out the DVDs, but i'm going to be good until Saturday.

Wiggie: Thanks for your Flex Train review!! I'm looking forward to that one. Are you feeling the DOMS today? :p I like shorter workouts, too, but most of the new ones are close to an hour. Maybe that will be a good thing for me .:) Wow, I can't imagine how hard it must have been for you to lose your parents in such a short period of time. My heart goes out to you. Yes, if you have a Facebook login you can friend me and then check out my pics. Search for Kate Rickly Morgan, and my FB page should come up.

Wendy: Oh my goodness girl we are on EXACTLY the same page! I love the energy that comes from running an obstacle race with a group, but I really think I need to run it alone if i'm going to discover my true abilities. "Armpit of the Week" - bahahaha! You've got a busy week going on!! Make sure you get plenty of sleep. If I go the PT route I do not know if i'll do it full-time or part-time. I guess i'll make that decision when (and if) I get there. :)
