I miss you all. And my workouts! I have felt sooo lethargic all week. It's amazing how much better exercising makes me feel.
I got my new Cathe DVDs on Monday. YAY!!!!! I was suprised to see them so soon. I previewed Rockout Knockout and it looks awesome! It has been a struggle not to try out the DVDs, but i'm going to be good until Saturday.
Wiggie: Thanks for your Flex Train review!! I'm looking forward to that one. Are you feeling the DOMS today?
I like shorter workouts, too, but most of the new ones are close to an hour. Maybe that will be a good thing for me .

Wendy: Oh my goodness girl we are on EXACTLY the same page! I love the energy that comes from running an obstacle race with a group, but I really think I need to run it alone if i'm going to discover my true abilities. "Armpit of the Week" - bahahaha! You've got a busy week going on!! Make sure you get plenty of sleep. If I go the PT route I do not know if i'll do it full-time or part-time. I guess i'll make that decision when (and if) I get there.
