Yes it has!!:p Monday's workout was Zcut KettleBell workout #3 + 15 min of rebounding, spent time with friend Tuesday, spent time with Aunt Wednesday so no workout those days. Thursday alternated pushups & pullups with a friend. Not sure what I'll do today. :confused:

I worked a football game & got home late, so all I did was pullups & 80 kettlebell swings. I'm working right now, when I get home I will workout. Not sure what I'll do but it needs to be at least an hour & very intense!!:eek:
 
Extra long weekend work out for me on Saturday::
15@18 off/34 on-2 Hand DB Squat to Shldr Press, KB Sliding Rev Lunge, GH alt Lateral Band Reach, KB Sliding Rev Lunge, Bear Crawl.
15@18 off/34 on -1 Arm Split Stance DB Row, Side Plank, Alt Disc Reach, Lateral Band Squat, Alt Myagis and extra round of DB Row and Side Plank to make Right and Left sides even.
Then 8@10off/20on - Skaters, walking mountain climbers, 1 arm swings, spd squats.
8@10 off/20 on - Lateral Bear Crawl, Burpees..., Lateral Bear Crawl, Jumping Lunges.
8@15 off/15 on - Squat Hold, Floor Bridge.

Yesterday was my rest day since Saturday made 6 work outs in a row for me. :)

Tonight I don't have to work at the studio so I'm going to try to get there for a team training work out at 7pm. I finally have the chance to participate instead of run it. YAY! :)
 
So I actually made it to the studio on Monday night and worked out with the gals I usually train during the group sessions.

Y'day morning I was exceptionally stiff/sore from going to bed so soon after a work out the night before so I just did (3) four min tabata rounds and called it a day.

Then this morning I ROCKED this work out!!!::

15@18 off/34 on---Alt DB Reverse Lunges, DB Front Squat, MB Push Up, DB Front Squat other side, Quad Bear Crawl.
15@18 off/34 on---Bent Over 2 DB Row, DB Swimmer, Plank Saw, 2 KB Pick Up, Alligator Drag.
8@10 off/20 on--Ice Skaters, (Imaginary) Battle Ropes Double Wave.
8@10 off/20 on--Alt Lunge with MB Rotation, Squat Jump w/Goblet Hold MB.
8@15 off/15on--Floor Bridge, Push Position Hold with Alt Triple Extensions.

It was a tabata only day today aka 16 minute body weight leg burner!!!:eek:

8@10 off/ 20 on of each of the following pairs of exercises::

1. jump lunges and walking lunges.
2. jump squats and squat holds.
3. split stance squat right and split stance squat left.
4. ice skaters and speed squats.

Great workoutsWendy! You come up with the greatest routines!! I still have to use dvds unless I'm working out with someone. I'm getting serious about my workouts again, getting back to the way I was before DH died. I'm thinking about going back to WW & dropping another 15 pounds. I've been feeling really good lately, physically & emotionally. I wonder how Katie is doing, I guess she's busy with the kids. She has 2 now right?

Great job on the work outs! What was the Bruce Lee work out like?

I come up with the conditioning drills but the weight work outs I've been doing lately come from the group trainings I run at the studio I work at. I'm just adjusting them for time and equipment as necessary.

So you are considering going back on WW? That's so funny coz so am I!!!!!! Want to do it together? :)

Yes, Katie has 2 kids. From what I see posted on FB, she is doing well. :) Hey, I was going to ask, since it's just you and me now (and even if/when Katie decides to rejoin the group...), how would you feel about coming over to my other check in called "Damage Control". It's a group of about 5 of us. Very nice ladies and I know they'd love to have you (and Katie too!). I'll FB msg Katie to let her know so in the future she knows where to find us. What do ya say?

Thursday's workout was Zcut KettleBell Start #7 + rebounding afterwards. Bruce Lee's workout was in Muscle & Fitness this month. I did it with a friend, it was total body free weights. Yes let's do WW together & I'd love to come over to Damage Control, I'll post there next time I log on. Tell Katie I said hello. :) BTW, when do you plan to join WW? If my schedule permits I'll do it next week. They only have meetings Monday evening at 5:30 & Wednesday morning at 9:30.
 
Hey Wiggie.

This morning's work out was short but not easy... 8 @ 30 on / 30 off of DB Squat to Bicep Curl and Push Ups then I chased it with 8 @ 20 on / 10 off of Burpees and Lateral Crawls.

I posted over in Damage Control letting the gals know you'll be joining us! :)

I was going to join WW soon-next week sounds good to me! Online only though. Chatting with you on the forums will be my "meeting". ;)
