This morning's work out:: 15 rounds @18 off/34 on of DB Row, DB Swimmer, Plank Saw, Alt KB Pick Up, Alligator Drag plus 8 rounds @10 off/20 on of running mountain climbers, ice skaters, spd squats w/med ball shoulder press & 2 arm swing.
