While doing RWH Upper Body Circuit, I noticed a few errors in the users guide.
#1 Round 5 W-press, W-curl You have no equipment needed and it's suppose to be 2 dumbbells
#2 Round 8 Chest Isolation flys, you also have no equipment listed when it's suppose to be 2 dumbbells
Just wanted to let you know in case you were unaware of this.
