Aqua Girl, I'm sure everything is just fine. Cathe's team has done an amazing job on the preorders. The shipping status is not minute-by-minute. Once USPS scans a package, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking system to update the ticket number with the new information. Have patience! STS 2.0 will be in your hands in a few days

Hi aqua girl, I wouldn't expect tracking to show very much yet. Packages were only picked up late yesterday and tracking doesn't update usually until late at night and sometimes not at all.

In my experience with the USPS, they do not always scan each package, each time it changes destinations like they should be doing. I've been in the same place as you where it shows it was never picked up, then 4 days later, I have it out for delivery, never any updates from the post office. Also, priority mail is no longer 2-3 days, it can take up to 5 days now.

Enthusiasm dampens for a new series when your pkg gets lost in the system! Maybe Cathe's Customer Service could make an inquiry with USPS - sometimes that helps "nudge" things along.
Thanks girls. Actually, I spoke with USPS this AM and they thanked me for contacting them,
because I guess since it is priority mail and upon her checking what tracking showed, it
is now in the time frame of a potential problem. She started a service request so I guess
we'll see what happens!

Hi Aqua, I know it may seem odd, but it's actually very common for a package we ship to Hawaii to arrive at its destination before a package we shipped on the same date reaches its destination in Virginia. The reason is when we ship a package to Hawaii it has to go by air. Since we're only 30 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport a package from us can be loaded on a plane within a few hours after it is picked up from us and arrive in Hawaii the next day thanks in part to the time zone difference. On the other hand, a package shipped to Va from us goes by truck and often has to make its way to several postal terminals before reaching your hometown.
But let's hope your package makes it to you tomorrow. Though you have reason to be concerned It's very common for packages to be delivered on time without any tracking showing for the package. This can be the result of a damaged barcode or a missed scan by a postal worker. Let's hope for the best tomorrow and hopefully, your package will show up.

I appreciate your thoughts, and besides me being concerned, I would like to think you all would be concerned as well. The package tracking number was scanned from the sheet at your place and the individual package has not been scanned yet. Yes, while all are enjoying their new dvds, or at least receiving updates on the location of their packages,
I just sit here and check the tracking # seeing package pending acceptance.
yes, I wish it would arrive tomorrow….but if nothing changes, my question is how long do I have to wait for a replacement package or refund?
