Form pointers re: new workouts please

The following moves I'm not sure if I'm completely doing them right

divebomber pushups - my start position and finish position looks like Cathe but in between...are your hands directly under the shoulders or out a bit? How much should the arms bend?

pushups into side plank with 3 lb hand weights - are these tricep pushups or regular push ups? How do you position your hands so the weights aren't squishing your fingers?

seesaw pushups on the stability ball - I'm finally feeling them in my triceps but I feel like my head is going to hit the mat when I seesaw forward...any suggestions?

push ups while bringing knee to side - any pointers would be appreciated!

I really want to improve my form for tricep pushups. I've got very long arms so although I can do several tricep dips, I shake like crazy trying to do 2 tricep pushups.

Thanks for any suggestions!

divebombers - similar to chataranga in yoga - hands under shoulders or slightly outside of - these are a triceps pushup, essentially

pushups into side planks are totally triceps pushups - I find the threes don't allow enough space to not crush my fingers either, so I do them without the weights (or you could use 5s)

seesaws on the stability ball - go slow - go only as deep as you are comfortable until you gain strength and balance - I only go about half as deep as Cathe for this very reason - I'm not strong enough and I know if I go too deep, I will smash my face into the floor - this one is likely one you just have to get used to, after you've gained enough strength

pushups with the knee - no suggestions here - I'm not strong enough to do these and they require serious strength - I just do regular pushups or triceps pushups here - gotta build up to this one for sure

I have trouble with my shoulders so the knee to side push-ups are hard. I have been using this section as plank and doing the knee side things as a core exercise.

Is the side plank exercise for core as well. I never figured the point of these, the tricep push-up yes, but into side plank? I also do the push-up without holding the weight and just pick the weight up to do the side plank.
