[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON Sep-25-00 AT 09:13AM (Est)[/font][p]I'm definitely not Cathe (and don't have my kickbox DVD yet-WAAH! :'( But anxiously awaiting)...but in other kickbox videos I have done, the best instructors always say lean back slightly and power from the hip, contract the other glute and tighten your abs. I can't wait for the DVDs to arrive so I can try Cathe's take on kickbox, I'm SO :-jumpy !!!
