Forgot how much..

Wow!! Twice in one weekend, I am bowing to you:) I did the step portion only of MIC (followed by 3 IMAX intervals) this morning and it kicked my behind:eek:!! Awesome work and on a long weekend too, now that's commitment!!:)

I agree! Just did it this morning and only had to stop it twice! AND I did all the airborne jumps (usually have to stop for a second) AND was able to push on for awhile after before needing water! I'm pumped! My goal this week is to do MIC twice, which I've never done...
 
Wow! I just recently got the DVD...I've been so stuck on all of her newer stuff I just haven't gotten around to it yet, but I'm really going to have to try this! :)
