Good morning everyone,
I did not pre order the hardcore series (kick in the butt!!)well anyway I am going to order the kick max for sure in the next few days.
The following dvds I have of cathes are

the intensity series (except the terminator)
body blast series (except pp s/s and timesaver)
cardio hits
ctx
high step advanced training and the other 2

vhs I have
mic
mis
circuit max
cardio kicks
rythmic step

I guess my question is would you have any suggesstions on which to order in the lines of high intensity? I want to order 1 dvd with my preorder to get free shipping I was thinking of terminator or maybe buying 2 hardcore tapes instead any suggesstions for all you cathe die hards??}( ;-) I guess I want a little cardio and strength!

Thanks

Deb:)

High cardio intensity: Interval Max the Original

High intensity strength: Slow and Heavy Series (does this come on one DVD? I don't have it and I'm too lazy to check the DVD part of the site).

I-Max the original comes on the same DVD as Rhythmic Step and MIC.

You won't be able to get any Hardcore on VHS - don't know if you meant "DVDs" when you wrote "2 hardcore tapes" in your original post.

Thanks A-Jock

I meant dvds on the hardcore series. I have mic,mis and rythmic step all on vhs but it might be a good one to get the dvd,I heard mic has some great premixes.

I was just looking at the terminator dvd I seen it has chapters but was wondering if it has some pre mixes as well do you know if it does?
and do you do it much?.

These decisions are tough too esecially when I can't get them all at once but I guess I have a pretty good collection started}(

Thanks A-Jock

Hi, Deb - you are well advised to check the Ultimate Guide you've already been referred to - it really is a good, and IMHO very accurate, ranking by intensity of Cathe's productions.

The Terminator DVD, to my knowledge, does not have built-in premixes and frankly I don't think they're needed; each of the workouts is already a salad of the cardio and resistance workouts of the rest of I.S. I'm a Gauntlet Bunny myself - I've done it strictly as produced, I've done an unweighted cardio-only version, and currently I do it with barbell squat/lunge leg cycles only rather than lower and upper body stuff as well. I personally like Gauntlet the best because it's the only one that brings in Boot Camp cardio segments, and I'm a squat-thrust-climber and sequential power-kick addict.

Given the way each of the Terminator workouts is structures, and given how you can scoot around the entire disc with the DVD remote, I don't think the lack of premixes should deter you.
