As I like to do each workout as-is before jumping into premixes and what not, I plan on doing them as follows (after previewing each, of course!!):
Sat. Body Max II
Sun. Butts and Guts
Mon. Low Impact Circuit
Tues. Drill Max
Wed. Premix of some sort
Thurs. Premix of some sort
Fri. REST
I may change this up, however, if I find I’m too sore, too tired, etc. But this is the plan!
