I just want to know which is the best cardio, I already have the cardio 1 ... so would cardio 2 be best for mostly upper body or the new bootcamp series, with the ABS and Cardio in it, hubby doesn't seem to mind the upper body work outs that where he is wanting to lose weight...
So since ya'll know I wanted to get your opinions.... thanks, Rhonda

I like the Get Ripped series, especially the leg workout. I just got Cardio Blast 1 & 2 but haven't tried it yet. Hope I didn't blow $$$ on these. I love Cathe's kickboxing workouts, but I'd like those with less impact. I heard the Bootcamp series is worth it, but I'll bide my time on that one and see what more others will say about it.:)

I think his new Boot Camp dvd's are suppose to be really good. I don't know how much you can tell from the minute clip at Collage, but you may want to check out the reviews. I may actually be interested in this series and nothing Billy has put out recently has tempted me in the least. I guess you are looking for an answer about cardio 2 and I have no idea.:+ But the reviews at Collage may help you decide too. I may have to start athread asking about his Boot Camp.:D

If you are looking for Tae Bo workouts that do focus on the upper body, then I definitely recommend the newest bootcamp workouts that use the bands.

These newest GoodTimes' workouts are definitely the best Tae Bo workouts by GoodTimes to date. I'm a huge Tae Bo fan, and I'm thrilled with these workouts. The soundtrack in Cardio Live and the Ultimate workout is awesome.

I have Bootcamp, But yet to try ... Waiting on my Bands .They are on the way. Back ordered , anyhow I have previewed and Cant wait to get those bands . Will let you all know how I like it when I try it..:) :)

Mary, can you use the same bands that we use for Cathe's workouts? Please give us a review when you get a chance. I am really interested in hearing about these. I never thought I would purchase another Billy, but these seem decent. Thanks for your feedback.

Hi Rhonda! You're welcome.:) I mainly post at VF. I'm Debbie S. there. There are a few threads at VF. The general consensus so far is positive, which is a good thing. They are getting good reviews at YaYas, too!

The bootcamp workouts is a mixture of cardio, calisthenics, and band work. The band work is tough. In at least one or two of the workouts, Billy uses the bands to make the push-ups HARDER! It is tough.

No, the bands Billy uses are quite unique - I have been using them with Cathe's Kickmax Leg drills and all of my other kickboxing tapes - they make a huge difference in making the workout harder.

I have always used 2# gloves, now I just use the bands - it makes your upper body burn - it is great for the abs/core and the legs. He even does the jumping jacks with them.

You get two bands one for each leg - you hook them on your shoes and the you use the handle end for the hands. Actually, I would love another pair of them for my cottage, I looked everywhere on the internet and could not find any like them.

Well I ordered the Taebo BootCamp series for 39.99 plus s/h... be glad now when they get here......... Rhonda:7

Hi Rhonda, I got this series and have only done a couple so far but I'm pretty pleased with them. I think this is the best set he's put out with GoodTimes.

I've looked for different bands also, and I couldn't find anything like the Billy bands. I do have the exercuffs by Spri: http://www.leighcrews.com/shop/Xercuffs.htm

The Xercuffs Plus are for martial artists and kickboxers. I do like using these.

Some people have thought of buying bulk tubing. They do carry just the handles, but I'm still trying to find something that will secure the loop.

Hey, thanks fo the info - I just ordered them! When I looked for them the other day, they were in the process of rebulding their website- it was under construction!
