Hi Debbi,

I am looking to lose about 10lbs and get more cut and lean, not build muscle size. I have been doing P90x shldrs and arms and try to go heavy for 15 reps and do just one wt exercise per muscle group in bootcamp class 2-3 sets. I also am trying to add in a total body workout like tough tape from the firm. I also run 2-3 days a week. so anyway, wanted your suggestions on if what I am doing is good or do I need to add in more wts? so I do one day of just upper body, run 2-3 days, one day of total body wts, bootcamp one day which is a mixture of cardio and light wt work. I appreciate your help!
