For all concerned with my feet I got some.................

Ryka Iseum's tonight at our local Dick's Sporting Goods. I ended up with a 10 in them, but they feel good. The guy almost had me in a running shoe but then after talking to me more suggested these for me. Pray that I like them after I have worked out in them,:) .

Thanks for all the support when it came to my hurting heel, it still hurts especially after a vigorous workout but hopefully the new shoes will help with that.:D

You'll like the Ryka Iseum's. They're very comfy. My left heel was starting to bother me too. When I wear the Iseum's my foot doesn't bother me at all while working out. I just recently bought some Gel Heel Cushions and put them in my every day shoes and they help a lot.

Foot comfort is HUGE, so I do hope they work for you! I still love my "Superfeet" insert soles but when they break down I may try the Ryka's out. By then my shoes themselves will need replacing. Let us know how they are for you:)

RE: For all concerned with my feet I got some.............

I did PS Legs and Abs today and my feet didn't really hurt much at all with my new shoes. I am soo pumped I am almost afraid to take the shoes off for fear that they will hurt again,LOL:+ . Anyway lunges still sent strange feelings through my foot but I think that is to be expected. And why is it that I am right handed but it is my left heel that hurts sooo much??!!!

Anyway I think I am on my way to feeling better. And with new DVDs coming I should soon be one happy girl!

Thanks for all the support!:D

What size do you usually wear. I size up one size in Rykas usually but not sure about these.

Thanks

I usually wear a 7 in most fitness shoes, but with these Ryka's, I had to go up 1/2 size. (Normally a 7, but had to get 7 1/2) Glad they had them at my store so I could try them on. Good Luck!

RE: For all concerned with my feet I got some.............

I am normally a 9 in tennis shoes and other shoes range from an 8 1/2 to a 9 so going up a whole size was a shock to me and to my foot ego,LOL:+ :D . They work so I will not complain about it.
