Food Log

I am having a hard time writing everything out that I eat in a day.
I am wondering if anyone has a food log that they use online? Or if you have any other suggestions to help I would love to hear them.
 
I got a program a few years back called Diet Power. It's really great - has tons of foods in it, and you can input your own. You can also keep track of workouts, etc. It "tries" to figure out your BMR, so it calculates the number of calories it thinks you should consume per day to stay on your goal. Check it out:

I haven't used it in awhile, but it was really helpful back when I had no idea what I was REALLY consuming.:eek:

You might also try Personal Trainer One - I've heard good things about this as well.
