Food/Calorie/Workout Log App for iPod Touch?

i just ordered an iPod Touch. I'm super excited! I have a question for the Touch/iPhone users out there - does anyone use an app to record their meals/calories & workouts? If you do what it is called?

I downloaded the livestrong app and keep track of my food and workouts. I'm trying to lose about five pounds and its helpful to be able to log in food if I'm out. You can also use the website and sync it to your ITouch. I like it because it allows you to enter your stats and you goal (i.e. lose weight) and it tells you how many calories you should take in. As you log in your food it deducts those calories and tells you how many remaining calories you have left for the day. It also gives you "credit calories" for working out so you are allowed more cals. per day if you've burned more. Enjoy you ITouch. I have the IPhone and I have to say it is the best thing I've purchased all year.
 
Another good free app is "Lose It". I like it because it works even without an internet connection and has an amazingly large food database. You can also put in your own recipes and it will calculate the calories per serving.
 
Thanks for the responses!! I think I will give all three a try and see what I like best.

I, too, wish GWF would come out with an app. I am seriously considering selling mine because I don't feel like sitting at my computer at night to enter my food after being at a computer all day. However with my new touch - I could be sitting on my couch or laying in bed....
