Foam rolling

Hi Cathe,
I'm looking forward to the Step Boss workouts. I read a rumor that your next series for 2020 is going to be weight training focused. Please consider adding an extended stretch (~15-20 minutes) AND a FOAM ROLLING recovery section/chapter. If you could incorporate more balance challenges, that would be great as well.
