<-- got up at 2:15 am today but also went to bed at 7:30 pm

<-- already cleaned up kitchen (DH and kids left a royal mess)
<-- will be doing some laundry and ironing before heading out with the pooches for their walk at 4:30 am
<-- doesn't ever want to get out so late again that high temperatures make <-- and pooches come back huffing, puffing and bright-red faced x(
<-- always sees people running/jogging around noon even during the middle of the summer :eek:

<--explains that eversince DH started his new job working eveing hours <--has been very depressed and has these emotional breakdowns every couple of weeks and has been unable to concentrate on anything(including diet)
