[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON Jan-18-03 AT 09:39AM (Est)[/font][p]I just got the Step Fit (Christmas present) and had never seen the flying angels - I was gonna ask Cathe if we'd ever see them again....I did IMAX 2 for the first time this morning (my tapes came yesterday - smiles!!!) and WHOO HOOOO! the flying angels are back! I did Step Fit yesterday and
I got introduced to her flying angels on that tape
and all I can say is what a fun move and i'm in ahh that I made it through the entire wokout.
It was so much fun and with Cathes instuctions how can you go wrong.
I ordered the new instensity series but I won't be doing them until i've made through her CTX and Power Hour first.
But in the mean time I am having fun doing all her tapes.

Woo Hoo! I did Step Fit this week and was actually going to post and ask Cathe if she'd ever bring the Flying Angels back. Now I don't have to waste her time. Woo Hoo! Can't wait for these new workouts!!!!! You can't warp a DVD from overuse, can you?
