I didn't see that anyone else started for today, so I thought I'd give it a whirl...
I did Circuit Max today - I haven't done that one in months! It was very fun. I did not do the add-on cardio; I just didn't have time or the inclination. Tomorrow I am geared up for Boot Camp - I think that could very well be my all-time favorite so I am very excited and there won't be any problems with motivating myself.
I hope everyone is having a great and productive day.

Hi..
I thought about starting the thread earlier but I had to get off the 'puter before I had to chance to actually start it ...glad you did!
Today was Timesaver #5 the all leg workout one. Let's just say that my butt feels a good burn

Hi ladies, I am back. I have had a migraine for 2 days, and have not worked out. Today I finally felt up to it. I did Firms, a little afraid to jump right into Cathe, but I did CAWT, and Cardio Sculpt Blaster. It was fun to do something different. I have been following the Discovery Health Body Challenge, and it has been going very well. I am really happy!!!! Have a good day everyone.

Hi everyone-
today was too crazy so I didn't have time for a workout which is fine cause I want to give everything a rest. I'll do abs tonight before bed.

I have to tell you, I'm not sure what is going on! Since Monday after my horrible weekend, nutritionally I've been really good and the past two days my clothes have felt just that wee bit tighter and I can't figure out why- I'm so frustrated!! I'm going to drink a ton of water for the next few days. I'm not that close to getting the TOM and I wouldn't know why I would be retaining water or why I would suddenly gain weight (I'll scream if anyone says I'm pregnant!)
Of course this is right before I'm supposed to be looking my best for this weekend's event... I'll do high cardio tomorrow.

Any suggestions??

Shywolf, the timesavers sound really good- someday my technology will be up to date- harder than CTX? That's very good to know.

Tracy- psych yourself up for Boot Camp- one of my favorites.

Lori, you sound like me... I found myself running w/someone once because it was easier than saying no. I finally had to stop!

Pinky, how's the zone been lately?

Hope everyone is having a great day and hope noone feels as bloated as me

Hi Ladies,
How is everyone do'in? I just got home from work and am getting a little sleepy.
I did Bootcamp today, and a 50min run.I ran before each cardio segment.I had to leave out some of the ab work b/c I was getting short on time.I have to work at both jobs tomorrow so I don't know if I will get a chance to workout tomorrow.I may get a little run in between jobs.:)
Tracy-bootcamp is one of my favorites to.Time just flyes when you do that one. Some of the intensity series workouts still seem so new b/c I didn't use them in a rotation.I don't know if I have done ME 5 times.
Good job ladies and I will be chatting to you tomorrow.
Lori:)

It's evening time by the time I write this. While I love having my parents for a visit, I also dislike how it interrupts my regular schedule. So I had to forego the morning workout and just now finished Timesaver #2. I'm really enjoying the Timesaver workouts. Because they only use sections of some of the other workouts I see them as a great way to practice some of the moves in addition to getting in a great, albeit shorter, workout. The bonus ball roll in/pike segment with this workout was just brutal. Let me tell you ladies, at the end it was not pretty at all.

Thanks for starting the check in today Tracy. I don't have Circuit Max but have been itching to just make the big purchase and get all of Cathe's I don't have on DVD in one fail swoop.

Brenda- here are some DVD recommendations that I found in Consumer Reports. These are for multiple disc progressive scan players.
Panasonic DVD-F85 $150- a CR quick pick, doesn't have coaxial digital-audio output, plays DVD-audio at optimal sound quality.
Sony DVP-NC665P $180 - doesn't play JPEG or WMA audio files.
Samsung DVD-C631P $120 - a CR quick pick, doesn't play video CD's.
Toshiba SD-3805 $200 - has center-channel dialog enhancement, doesn't allow order or play of DVD-video titles or chapters to be programmed, lacks universal remote.
Phillips DVD 795SA $280 - a CR quick pick, doesn't play JPEG or WMA audio files, does play SACD high resolution discs in original format.

Lorisax- glad to hear that the migraine/headache has cleared up and you're feeling up to working out. I enjoy incorporating my Firms and other instructors into a rotation. Sometimes I am just not up for Cathe.

Great job Lorihart!

Shywolf- what has been your favorite Timesaver now that you've done all 5?

Have a great evening everyone.
