It's evening time by the time I write this. While I love having my parents for a visit, I also dislike how it interrupts my regular schedule. So I had to forego the morning workout and just now finished Timesaver #2. I'm really enjoying the Timesaver workouts. Because they only use sections of some of the other workouts I see them as a great way to practice some of the moves in addition to getting in a great, albeit shorter, workout. The bonus ball roll in/pike segment with this workout was just brutal. Let me tell you ladies, at the end it was not pretty at all.
Thanks for starting the check in today Tracy. I don't have Circuit Max but have been itching to just make the big purchase and get all of Cathe's I don't have on DVD in one fail swoop.
Brenda- here are some DVD recommendations that I found in Consumer Reports. These are for multiple disc progressive scan players.
Panasonic DVD-F85 $150- a CR quick pick, doesn't have coaxial digital-audio output, plays DVD-audio at optimal sound quality.
Sony DVP-NC665P $180 - doesn't play JPEG or WMA audio files.
Samsung DVD-C631P $120 - a CR quick pick, doesn't play video CD's.
Toshiba SD-3805 $200 - has center-channel dialog enhancement, doesn't allow order or play of DVD-video titles or chapters to be programmed, lacks universal remote.
Phillips DVD 795SA $280 - a CR quick pick, doesn't play JPEG or WMA audio files, does play SACD high resolution discs in original format.
Lorisax- glad to hear that the migraine/headache has cleared up and you're feeling up to working out. I enjoy incorporating my Firms and other instructors into a rotation. Sometimes I am just not up for Cathe.
Great job Lorihart!
Shywolf- what has been your favorite Timesaver now that you've done all 5?
Have a great evening everyone.
