I did end up doing Super Body Sculpt yesterday w/my new risers (I think there are 8? I have to count) and heavied up on the upper body. Every time I do it I feel like I didn't workout but the next morning... ow. My glutes are sore!
Pinky, instead of KPC I think I may do Boot Camp since I haven't done that in a long time which will give me a little cardio and weights mixed together. Hope your son is feeling much better- believe me, I empathize!! By the way, you're a total savage w/the weights- Nice work
I tried a few dresses on yesterday to see what was in my wardrobe for my event coming up on the 17th- the one dress is strapless and looks good except for that little part of flesh that doesn't want to go away right before your armpit. I'm going to have to really work on chest to see if that will go away eventually. Know what I'm talking about? ugh.
