Good morning girls:
It's freezing here!!
I keep forgetting to see what the workout of the day is supposed to be... I think I may be doing Power Hour heavy today. My plan right now is to work heavy weights for the next few days and then next week light reps and high cardio.
Pinky, you made me curious to look at my back in the mirror- I think its really looking good, but I'm not sure what it looked like before - how strange? I've been using 20lb bells for the delt raises so that may be what's helped.
The cutlet, however is another story.
Do any of you have this problem? I find the muscle in between my shoulders and neck gets quite developed, which I seem to notice more in serious body builders. I definatly don't want to develop it and I'm wondering if I may be using it when doing things like military presses in which I usually use 12 or 15 lb bells. I wish I knew what the name of this muscle is. If I stand up strait you can't really tell but if I slouch it becomes really noticable. Am I crazy?
Lots of bill paying, laundry and organizing to do this a.m. - I need to clean up my weights and equipment all over the bedroom. My husband swears if he trips over the stability ball one more time he's taking a knife to it.
Hope everyone has a wonderful day planned- check in later.
Brenda
