Fitnessfreak's January Rotation for January 5, 2009

Hi all,
Had a great workout with PS/BM2 Bis and Back, I know the back will be feeling it tomorrow. I am one who never seems to get Doms in the Bis. I am absolutely at my max, struggling to get the last rep out....yet never get the soreness. Hammers with 20#, curls with 45#, concentration curls at 25#....Nothing. However my back end and thighs are still feeling the leg workout from Friday. Go figure.

Debbie, this is another stellar one. And since the chocolate is finally out of the house maybe I can start reaping the rewards instead of eating it in cocoa beans!!! :eek:
 
Today was my first WO since doing legs on Friday. I had such DOMS that I was afraid to do anything to make it feel any worse. I haven't done leg weights in quite a while, and even going light didn't make the return any easier!

Loved todays WO and the BM2 add on. I've only done BM2 once or twice (too long for me), but may consider checking out some of the shorter premixes after today!
 
Late check in! Really enjoyed doing PS - haven't done it in a long time. However, after doing BM2, I had to go back and check the notes. I kept thinking Debbie had us doing the BM2 sections twice! Once was enough. Great dvd combo.

Late, Late, Late Check-in. I did Back and Biceps using PS and BM2. I'm glad to be back. sorry that I don't post how much I lift or use, but if you only knew how slow I type y'all would understand.

PS Biceps
BB curls 25#
Seated db curls 2x10 12#, 15#
Negative Curls 2x10 25#
Concentration curls 2x12 12# My biceps are good and fried & fatigued proper

BM2 Biceps
Hammer Curls on Ball DB 15#
Incline Curls on Ball DB 12#
Concentration Curls on Ball DB 12#

PS Back, Biceps, and Abs- Abs only portion= 10.5 min


Wow, That was intense! I'm really glad I bought PS, its really good! I love today's rotation Debbie, thanks for yet another fab workout day!
