Hi all,
Had a great workout with PS/BM2 Bis and Back, I know the back will be feeling it tomorrow. I am one who never seems to get Doms in the Bis. I am absolutely at my max, struggling to get the last rep out....yet never get the soreness. Hammers with 20#, curls with 45#, concentration curls at 25#....Nothing. However my back end and thighs are still feeling the leg workout from Friday. Go figure.
I am looking forward to LowMax tomorrow,

Debbie, this is another stellar one. And since the chocolate is finally out of the house maybe I can start reaping the rewards instead of eating it in cocoa beans!!!
