Fitness Freaks Friday December '08 12-30-08 Rotation
Monday, December 30th check-in.
Hi everyone!
I hope everyone had a great day and a great workout today. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Debbie for putting together rotations. I know I very much appreciate her insight, help, wonderful workout suggestions. I know I've also discovered how to really utilize my Cathe DVD's via premixes which is wonderful, thank you!
Ok, I did todays workout which is really for January's rotation....
From the Step Blast DVD- Step & Hi/Lo Cardio Circuit Premix= 60 min Phew!
Also from Cardio Hits- PS Back, Biceps,& Abs= Abs Only 10.5 min. Wow! That's a really great abs section.
I don't have a heart monitor so I can't give any of that info. I can say that I definitely felt like I had a good workout and a good sweat. It was a lot of fun. Only thing I have to do a little differently than others might is maybe give myself a minute break if I get a little dizzy. I have MS and when I get overheated or too warm I can get dizzy. So, when I workout I just take a minute and get a sip of water and wipe my face, take a few deep breaths and get back into the workout. It helps me and I do get right back into the workout and continue until I need another 1 minute break. I don't take very many of those maybe three or four for a cardio workout. Not too bad, I try to keep on pluggin' away with Cathe and the gang.
