I'm in week 6 of your "Get Ready for Summer" rotation (LOVE it!!!!) and was looking at some of your older workouts; I was curious why you add 1 day of just legs instead of making it a total body day? Just wondering!

I don't understand the question? Do you mean in this year's 2010 Get Ready for Summer rotation? I did that because most people need more attention to their lower body. And even though I don't believe in spot training, I feel doing an entire leg workout and total body in one week helps get rid of some of that flat on the legs.

Yes, I'm doing the 2010 rotation but I also noticed on some others you created (I can't remember which ones), you have 2 total body days and 1 day aimed exclusively at the legs. Whatever gets the fat off my legs, I will take it! I can pull my shorts on easier so far, so it's definitely working. My legs are my trouble zones.

Yes, that is why. Legs are hard to get rid of fat for some reason so I like to hit them harder then upper body.
