Debbie,

I really hate to ask you this. But, if I gave you a list of the work outs I have could you make me a rotation? I'd really like to focus on my lower body. I've added in running and like to run two times a week. I have no idea how to put a rotation together, that's why I'm asking for your help.

As much as I'd love to help, I have not time to do rotations anymore. I've posted many on here as well as Cathe. Maybe you can find one you want to do?

If you decide to do a LB Rotation, I would love to do one with you. I'm thinking I need to really blast my legs to get rid of the jiggly layer covering the muscles. ;-)

Susan, that sounds like a good idea. What rotation were you thinking of doing? The one by FittnessFreak or Cathe? Let me know, and we can start this together. ;)
