I've been reading your rotations for a while and wanted to tell you that they all look great. You're extremely dedicated to Cathe's workouts and can tell by the pictures you posted, you look awesome.
I've preferred never to try rotations because I don't like to stick with a plan of workouts to do everyday of the week, I'll know what I need to work on that day alternating between cardio and weights and whichever one I want to do that day, I'll do.
However, this month, I wanted to give Cathe's Bootcamp August '05 Rotation a try. I consider myself to be very strong and can keep up with Cathe in her cardio but prefer to keep my weight a little lower than she does, it just works good for me, I see better results. So, my question to you is during the First Week of this rotation on Friday, Cathe suggests that we do the following:
Fri: 5 minute BRISK power walk, 400 walking lunges, 200 jumping jacks, 8 sets of 8 push ups, 400 crunches from all angles, 4 sets of 25 dips off the coffee table (and NO COFFEE til your done
Can you think of a substitute for that day with say another DVD or video (I have mostly all of her DVDs, tapes). And also for the 3rd week - on Monday, it's pretty much the same type of workout for that day.
