Hi, Debbie:
I just wanted to let you know that I look forward to my workouts!! Taking your advice, I combined my rotation and the one you created for me into a two-week rotation. The first week is more muscle-endurance and the second week is Gym Series along with running. I haven't used GS in a while and am very excited to see what kind of results I get.
