In response to the thread in the Ask Cathe forum about training diets, I have found this great website that profiles a few dozen fitness models, and each of them gives some details about their diets and workout regimens. I know Cathe is reluctant to give out specifics about her diet, so this may help those of you who want to know how fitness models get so cut.
