New thing: Kettlebells
Overall goals: I want That Body. The one I've been after for years but only got halfway to because I never truly fully committed.
Training program: Right now it's full body weight training and Cardio Coach workouts on alternating days with one rest day. Also, I've been pulling out old circuit dvd's and tacking them on as second (easy) workouts after work, when I feel like it. Those add-on workouts seem to really be making a difference.
Bad habit: Same as Jonahnah. A few too many breaks. Some legitimate (like the 5 days of extreme soreness after Providence kb), most not (like the 5 days after recovering from the soreness from Providence...).
