Fitness Freak's December 08 Rotation for 12/9

I subbed Low Max for 4ds double cardio premix...I was just in a mood to be funky with the hip hop groove of that one, but now after reading about everyone's LM experience makes me wish I did it.

Cathy, any chance the back DOMS are influenced from your peri-menopausal symptoms? I find sometimes that my back feels, meh, and then sure enough a couple days later I get my visitor. With the sleep deprivation your hormones must be in flux. I feel for ya, I'm starting the hot flashes and night sweats, no fun to get up in the middle of the night soaking wet to let the dog out and the house is freezing....brrrr.
 
I had a looooong day yesterday. Didn't get out of a budget meeting until 6 p.m. Rushed home and did my workout but didn't feel like posting when done, so here is yesterday's workout.

CHEST
72 Drop Set Pushups
I had to take a couple of rests but I completed all reps!

Dumbbell Press:
20’s-2 sets of 12, 15’s-1 set of 12.

Dumbbell Flyes:
25's - 1 set of 12 reps, 20’s – 2 sets of 12

Incline Dumbbell Press:
20's - 2 sets of 12 reps

Incline Dumbbell Flyes:
20's - 1 set of 12 reps, 15’s – 1 set of 12

BACK
Reverse Grip Dumbbell Rows:
25's - 2 sets/8 reps
25's - 1 set/12 reps

One Arm Rows:
25# - 1 sets/12 reps, 20# - 1 set of 12

T-Back Squeeze w/Band:
Yellow band

Dumbbell Pullover:
25# - 2 sets/8 reps

Low Back Extension on bench

Low Back Rotation Tilts


I don't have LOW MAX so will probably do a HIIT for my cardio today.
 
Hey Gals,

Just reporting my workout. There is something wrong with my dvd player (there is probably something in there, compliments from the 2 yr old) so I hopped on my TM for a 50 mins interval run...I did 5.5 miles. I should have stayed on and did the whole 6 miles but DH is watching DS on his lunch break again.

Just highlight what you want to make bigger and go up to the top where it says "sizes" and then choose a number. Usually 4 or 5 is quite big. You can also go to the "A" and click on the down arrow and colors will appear. Click on whatever color you want and it will put it in the highlighted area. When you it submit, you will see the changes. You can also click on "preview" to see what it will look like.

I'm missing something. I don't see any formatting buttons to change my fonts. HMMMMMM.....

I don't think so, I just think I was really pushing at how much weight I could handle. Fortunately, I have only a few mild side affects from perimenopause, and I've been in it for a few years now. Other than the waking up at night sometimes, and occasional mild night sweats the only thing I have consistently is never knowing when I'll start my periods anymore. Pretty wide range to my cycle length these days.

That is weird. There is nothing on top of your text box that shows "B" for bold, "I" for italic, "U" for underline and then it has format boxes that can center text or right or left align it. It kind of looks like what you would see when you're in Word. Fonts and Sizes are all up there.

Maybe you should send a message to SNM and see why you can's see these things.

Do you see the smilies at the right side of the text box? :)
 
I figured it had to be something in MY User CP setup, so I went there and looked at my personal settings for posts and things, and VIOLA!

i wanted to learn how to change my font and I could not figure out how to do it with your explanation. Can you be more detailed. I need very basic steps and words.
I do not see the the bar that you wouls find on Word. So, I did what Gayle said to do by going on User CP and could not figure it out . Can you help me?

I am a day behind the rotation ( just the way my schedule is) so today I did G/S chest and triceps. Holy cow, I havent done this dvd in a while i had to modify my pushups (knee position). I dont remember my triceps burning so quickly into the workout, but my chest and tricep will be sssssore tomorrow, I can feel it.

Debbie, I am so impressed by your rotations and your knowlegde of exercising. You are a true gem...;) Veronica
