Is a circuit rotation good for and endomorph?

I am thinking about doing something like this and I would like to know what kind of results I can expect. Will it lean me out add definition or bulk me up.
Mon-PUB
Tue-cardio 60min
Wed-PLB
Thurs-cardio 60min
Fri-circuit
Sat-cardio 60min
Sun-rest
Any opionions about how to tweak this or is it to much cardio would be appreciated.
