I did a fitness test for the wii last nite and had a real problem doing two minutes of jumping jack and my DH said with all the working out I am doing they should have been a breeze, what do I need to do more of too increase my endurance if that is the problem?
 
I do Turbo Jam 4 days a week and 30 day shred which has jumping jacks, jump rope and jogging but they are like 30 seconds each. I wish I would have followed the january rotation.
 
Hello

Some work outs are just to burn fat and not to increases your endurance. When you are finished the rotation you are doing with turbo jam. I know Imax2, muscle endurance, and butts and gutts really helped with my endurance. Exercises that have more reps with lighter weights will help. Hope that helps.
 
Maybe change up your cardio from Turbo jams to the treadmill. I know when I started on my TM I could hardly do 10 minutes at a light jog. My endurance was horrible. But now I can go 4 miles at intervals of a very fast pace to inclines with no problems. It really did build up my endurance.

Do you have access to a TM? If not, try some step workouts. Those are good for endurance as well.
 
I have a TM what speed should I start out with or which cardio coach do you recommend I know you like those. I usually walk at 3.6 and I have a program that increases speed and elevation.
