Fitness Freak what do you think?

I posted this in STS but Cathe hasn't been answering so what do you think Fitness Freak?

I am a 17 year old guy who has been lifting for about 2 years. I have made quite an improvement in my body thanks to Cathe.

My goal is to add bulk in particular to my biceps. I am worried the STS will not make me bigger since I am not working my biceps 2x per week.

Is this system meant for guys like me who want to build and if so should I start like you stated in your rotation or start with a different set of discs?
 
I have to admit I'm not too familiar with STS yet. I haven't had a chance to sit down and watch the DVD's.

But if there is a set that has you doing 6-8 reps going heavy, this is the set you might want to try. This will help you build muscle. Take about a 1 1/2 minute break between each set if Cathe doesn't.

Also, to build you only need to work the muscle once a week.

Thanks for the answer.

My mom has Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle. Should I read that book to see what I need to do to build more? Like how much protein and stuff?
