Fitness Freak Question

Hello,

2 things - I wanted to tell you thanks for the lean leg rotation (can't remember the name now) but I got results!! My pants feel so much better.

I am really doing good with my exercise routine right now. I had gone about a year where I just couldn't get it together but now I am on like "donkey kong"!

I need to lean out though and drop about 7-10 pounds. Yes, this is real weight and I need to lose it. Can you help me with the calories I need a day?

I am 38 years old (can't believe I just said that!) I am 5' 1" and weight 128 pounds on most days. I am pear shaped I work out 5-6 days per week and now I am following your lean muscle rotation where it starts off using Gym Style. I sit all day at a darn desk job. :-(. I try to do toning exercises 4 times a week at lunch or when I gEt home.

What do you suggest for getting rid of this pesky weight?

You should be eating a range of 1425-1628 calories a day to lose weight. I'd stay around the 1500 calorie range for a while and see how your body responds to that.

Are you eating every 3 hours? Are you eating clean?
 
I have found myself really hungry these days and my eating has been cleaner. I know I need to clean it up.

Should I just try and break the calories up evenly through the day?

Is the ZOne a good way of eating to lean out?
