http://www.sparkpeople.com has a feature where you can make meals and then enter the meal as one item. They also have a feature that you enter all the ingreedients to a recipe and then you get a calorie total. They seem to have more foods than fitday. I prefer sparkspeople to fitday.
Thanks Debbie,after all my drama this morning I too will end up eating something simple for supper...refried beans with cheese! I will try to keep it simple until i get the hang of everything
Elaine-I didn't know sparkpeople had a feature that allows you to enter all the ingredients then gives you a total? I was on there this morning too and i think thats what i got so frustrated about,LOL! I tried to enter everything in the 'food groupings' which was going well until i would click save and it would disappear,strangely? What is the feature called on there that adds everything up? TIA
It's under Sparksrecipe.com it's called the recipe calculator.
It can time consuming to enter all your food, but if you eat the same things alot it goes easier after the first few times.
