Fitness Freak - Lower Body Injury

Hi, I was wondering if you think the following would be a good split routine for working my upper body only? I sprained my ankle a week ago, and I think I'm going to be off it for at least another 4 weeks.


M: Chest & Triceps
T: Back & Biceps
W: Shoulders
T: Abs/stretch
F: Chest & Triceps
S: Back & Biceps
S: Shoulders/abs
